Hi to all my loyal readers, I'm still here despite the lack of posts of late but normal service will resume soon. In the meantime here's a shameless plug for the project I've been putting together.

Thanks for your comments. It's been a busy time here so I have neglected the blog for a while. I do intend to continue with it as I enjoy it so much so keep looking in. As I know you enjoy cooking spicy food, you'll probably enjoy some of the recipes on the spice website too.
